Koljonen Invest Oy is a real estate investing company. The company has been created in spring 2013.

Our goal is to buy apartments in Helsinki metropolitan are that are in need of a renovation. We do the renovation and sell the apartment to customer who wants to buy a house without concerning about the renovation.

We renovate the whole apartment using decoration design including kitchen, bathroom, floors, flatten and painting the walls and roof, changing doors and other details. We always make our renovation in co-operation with the housing company. In bathroom and kitchen renovation we have took into account the possible future upcoming housing repairs.
